Description		Our client is a leading supplier of fresh produce in the UK with an extensive range of products in their portfolio. They are a true market leader with strong links within many of the UK�s premier retail customers. They are looking to recruit a Quality Controller to maintain all aspects of quality control and standards within the business. Reporting to the Quality Control Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality standards of the products are maintained to meet the customers requirements. You will be responsible for aspects of the quality system, inclusive of the BRC accreditation and customer and supplier audits for the UK and overseas. To be successful you possess a minimum of 1 years quality control experience within a fresh produce environment, ideally fresh fruit. Knowledge of the highest levels of BRC, HACCP and ethical trading standards are desirable for this role. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working closely with the UK Multiple retailers, and have all the necessary auditing skills to perform this role.
