Responsibilities: - Key responsibilities are the management & control of new product development projects, including desk research, laboratory development, and factory trials. - Reporting to the Technical Manager, the role will play an integral part of the Operations team, taking responsibility for the concept of new productive development, technical briefing sessions, market research and enhancing the company�s reputation as a high-quality, extremely flexible & responsive Contract Manufacturer. Main Duties: - To take briefing on commercial opportunities for NPD - To scan advertised opportunities to tender - To develop opportunities from concept stage to first production - To present concept samples to customers - To work with customer to optimise formulations and to maximise profits - To prepare specifications for suppliers
