Description		Estimator - Altringham - Housing My clients are one of the country's leading Housing contractors operating through regional offices and throughout the U.K. They work not only on their own developments but in partnership with housing associations and local authorities. Their North West office currently has an order book with secured work for over �450m over the next 5 years. Due to this my client has more work than they can look after without taking on more Estimators. Role You will be working on a large residential New Build including flats, houses and affordable housing. The project also includes some bespoke housing. Due to the variety of different buildings the work is more interesting than your average development role. The ideal Estimator can expect a salary in the region of: -Up to �45,000 per annum depending upon experience -Car or Car Allowance -Pension Scheme -Bonus Scheme -BUPA My client specialise in; -Design & Build of low cost and quality housing -The refurbishment of council properties -Strategic partnering agreements -PFI and PPP works Please call Stephan Dagher at Project Resource to discuss this role and other Quantity Surveying, Estimating and Commercial positions.
