Description Senior Quantity Surveyor - Warrington – Health Care

A National Consultancy requires a Quantity Surveyor to work on a number of projects based at their offices in Warrington.

The ideal Quantity Surveyor can expect a salary in the region of:
-Up to £46,000 per annum depending upon experience
-Company Car
-Pension Scheme
-Good holidays

Due to an ever increasing workload our clients are urgently looking to employ a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work predominately on their health care projects as well as other mixed use developments.

The ideal candidate should have: -
- MRICS (QS) or equivalent qualification
- Post qualification experience in a PQS office or similar
- Good communication skills
- Well organised and structured approach
- Sound knowledge of UK construction procedures and techniques
