Description		Senior Estimator/ Experienced Estimator My client is a leading House Building Company based in Buckinghamshire and are looking for an experienced Estimator/Senior Estimator to join their existing team. They are renowned within the industry for their House Building excellence and have been recently awarded with a What House Award, so if you are looking for a company that makes you feel more like a valued member of staff rather than just a number then this is the job for you! Remuneration: �50,000 - �60,000 per annum Benefits: Company bonus scheme Company car or car allowance Pension Health Care Life assurance Share scheme (being introduced soon) Location: Buckinghamshire The job: The position will involve producing land appraisals and pricing both speculative and social housing schemes plus maintaining a competitive cost database. Requirements: 8+ Estimating Experience Successful applicants will have previous House Building experience, be computer literate, and have a minimum of an HNC in Building or equivalent, plus a full driving licence.
