Description		Finished Goods Warehouse and Despatch Manager sought by thriving manufacture of precision engineered components supplied to international OEMs across a range of industries including automotive, IT and consumer goods. As a member of the Senior Management Team, and contributing to the overall strategy and management of the company, you will: � Manage the finished goods warehouses from receipt of inspection through to despatch to the customer, including international transport � Introduce, manage and improve KPI�s for the Warehouse � Review systems and procedures and implement better working practices in the dispatch and stock control area�s � Ensure that jobs are packed accurately and dispatched on time � Control the receipt and distribution of all incoming goods into the Company � Control the recruitment, training and appraisals of personnel within the Warehouse � Take ownership of the continuous improvement process in the warehouse and contribute to the process in the business as a whole A natural leader who enjoys challenging the status quo you will be committed to continuous development of systems, procedures and people. Experienced in managing Goods In, warehouse and international despatch within a manufacturing environment you will be familiar with computerized stock control and experienced in the coordination of international transport via Third Party logistics. Part of an international group, our client has ambitious growth plans and it is essential that the person appointed to this role has the potential to take on greater responsibility in the future whilst contributing to the Senior Management Team from day 1.
