Description		Senior Quantity Surveyor � Mechanical & Electrical - Manchester The Job: A Senior Quantity Surveyor is urgently required by my client to operate from their office in Manchester My client is an industry renowned company for training and development so there is extensive opportunity for promotion within the group. They pride themselves on developing the careers of their employees in the direction that the employees strive for. The successful candidate can expect the following: Up to �45,000 per Annum depending on experience Car or Car Allowance Pension Scheme BUPA Health Care Flexible working hours The successful candidate will be expected to train and develop assistant/trainee quantity surveyors so a degree of management experience would be an advantage Requirements: - A formal qualification (BSc or HNC/HND) would be an advantage - The ideal Quantity Surveyor will have a minimum of 5 years experience within building services - Mechanical & Electrical experience is essential The client: My client is one of Europe's leading, independent mechanical and electrical (M&E) and building services engineering contractors with an annual turnover in excess of �400 million.
