Description		Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor - �15m New build - Huntingdon A Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor is required by our client one of the UK's most premier contractors to work on a new construction scheme in Cambridgeshire. The role The successful candidate will be base from our clients office in Cambourne and will make regular visits to their site in Huntingdon. The project is a new build construction of buildings for the council, and is worth �15million. As the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be managing the commercial aspects of the project, and will be assisted by a Trainee and will report to the Commercial manager. Requirements - A degree or relevant qualification would be advantageous - Experience with a major contractor would also be an advantage - Construction experience is essential Remuneration - Up to �45,000 per annum depending on experience - Company car scheme - Pension - Healthcare Please call Tina Pardoe at Project Resource to discuss this role and other Quantity Surveying positions.
