Description		Stuck in a rut in a dark satanic mill? Don't be. Our client has a bright shiny new building, a lot of scope for expansion, a market set to treble in size, and has created a brand new SENIOR PRODUCTION ENGINEER role - a blank canvas for you to paint on. The SENIOR PRODUCTION ENGINEER is required by a growing manufacturer of electronic, electrical and mechanical products. New production cells and manufacturing lines have have just started operating, with doubling of production planned for the next 5 years. Our task is to recruit the Senior Production Engineer to help them to work smarter, leaner, faster, cleaner, more efficiently. That's why we need to find someone with experience of instigating and implementing LEAN Manufacturing principles, implementing a TPM plan, new production methods, problem solving to get the most out of production cells working in a mid to high volume production and assembly environment. Touring the factory made me realise the potential that is here for a Senior Production Engineer- there has been massive investment in infrastructure, automated machinery, and a large expansion is due to take place-- it's a great time to join, a great place to use your experience, and the Company is ready for the changes that you will make.
