Description Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor - London City.

A dedicated Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor is required by a rapidly expanding Consultancy.

Location:
Central London.

Remuneration:
Circa £40,000 per annum.
Company car / Car allowance.
Private healthcare.
Pension.

Client:
My client is a renowned consultancy who undertakes projects across all sectors of the building and civil engineering industry.

Since establishment over thirty years ago they have ensured that they are running a successful practice that has a reputation for quality and professionalism.

Opportunity:
The successful Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor will be based within my client's central London practice.

Projects that you will be working on will typically range in value from £50,000 to £2 million.

Examples of work undertaken includes the construction of two dry docks, new build work for the National Surf centre and the construction of the Nat West Media Centre at Lords.

Requirements:
The successful Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor will ideally possess:
* Over 5 years Quantity Surveying experience.
* Consultancy background (however my client is willing to accept applications from Quantity Surveyors with a contractor background provided they can demonstrate strong client facing skills).
* BSc in Quantity Surveying, Professional Memberships.
