Description		Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - Utilities Framework - Cambridge An Intermediate Quantity Surveyor is required by our client who is one of the UK's leading service providers within the electricity, gas, telecommunication and water sectors. Remuneration: - Up to �35,000 per annum depending upon experience - BUPA - Car/car allowance - Pension The Role: As the successful candidate you will join our clients existing commercial team, and will be expected to mange up to 4 new build/refurbishment schemes that range in value between �100,000 & �2m. The contract is a 5 year framework worth �75m which consists of the construction of several sub station throughout Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire & Essex. Requirements: - This role is ideally suited to a Quantity Surveyor with experience in both the construction & civil engineering sector's as the projects use both of these skills. - A minimum of a HNC/HND is required for this role. - Previous experience using the NEC form of contract would be a distinct advantage however is not essential. In this role the successful candidate will be office based in Cambridgeshire but will be required to make regular site visits throughout the region.
