Description		Project Engineer / Project Cost Engineer based in Cheshire, salary dependant upon experience. Our client is a leading manufacturer / supplier of engineered solutions across Europe. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Cost Engineer to work alongside a team of engineers and designers in developing strong relationships with their customers by offering bespoke solutions from an extensive product portfolio. Working alongside other engineers and designers, the role will involve interpreting engineering drawings to determine customer requirements. The Project Cost Engineer will also be required when necessary to develop these drawings. Finally, you will be responsible for preparing quotations in order to satisfy the specification. Whilst carrying out this role the Project Cost Engineer will be responsible for the liaison between the sales team and the customer to ensure that the project is running efficiently. The successful candidate will have experience of working in an estimating / procurement role within a manufacturing environment. An understanding of technical drawings is essential. In reward the client is offering a highly competitive salary based on skills and experience.
