Description		Quality Management Systems Manager: Our client is one of the largest premium drinks companies in Europe and is responsible for the sales, marketing and supply of its wines, cider and drinks brands. They are currently at an exciting period of growth and setting a up a new facility. As a result of this they currently require a Production Manager manage and maintain the department. The QMS Manager will: �Manage the site requirements for CDMS Manage ISO 9000 (2000) Quality system development and compliance for the manufacturing site �Ensure BRC Technical Standard compliance for manufacturing site �Ensure manufacturing site compliance to individual customer standards (e.g. Tesco Food Manufacturing Standard) �Develop and maintain a straightforward but comprehensive HACCP system for manufacturing site to support the above standards �Manage ISO 14000 Environmental system development and compliance for the manufacturing site and NDC2 warehouse �Coordinate the resources required to establish and maintain site and NDC2 IPPC registration �Monitor bulk wine supplier compliance to CE Code of Practice for supply of wine �Develop a CE Code of Practice for packaging material suppliers, establishing compliance criteria �Co-ordinate a programme of internal audits to verify the integrity of the above systems/processes/COPs �Co-ordinate training programmes for site personnel to cover both legislative hygiene qualification requirements and awareness of all relevant aspects of quality and environmental management systems �To participate in the development of a Lean culture and operational philosophy. The QMS Manager will hold: �Relevant experience in Food/Beverage manufacturing systems �Qualified Lead Auditor �Degree or equivalent in science based subject (Biology or Chemistry preferred) Location: Bristol Salary: �30-�35k + package
