Description		A major food manufacturer, our client is an entrepreneurial and highly profitable business which boasts a superb reputation for their manufacturing processes. A unique opportunity, you will form part of the senior management team offering an opportunity take sole responsibility for operations whilst driving the strategic growth of this evolving business. This is an exciting concept where they have invested significantly in the very latest in equipment technology offering total responsibility for the site. Reporting to the Managing Director, your initial goal will be to manage the day to day operations whilst optimising the company�s investment. You will also play a significant part in continuing their growth plans through effective leadership, providing sound commercial judgement and the provision of a service level second to none. You will be then tasked with delivering profitability, ensuring optimum cost-effective performance within the production unit. Imperative in this position is an individual who possess both ideas and energy to deliver to the bottom line return.
