Description		Quantity Surveyor - Specialist A Quantity Surveyor is required by our client who are the painting/specialist arm of a regional contractor to be based primarily in the Cambridge office. The successful Quantity Surveyor can command a salary in the region of: - Up to �40,000 per annum dependent upon experience - An attractive benefits package depending upon experience Role The Quantity Surveyors duties will be to obtain and evaluate information to ensure a realistic cost for the supply of works, goods, materials and services for a number of designated projects / contracts. You will be mainly working on social housing, hotels and leisure projects doing small and large preparation for painting repairs, refurbishment and maintenance Requirements - Our clients are happy to consider candidates with or without a degree if they have the ability to demonstrate a capability of being commercially aware - Experience in SMM7 - Experience of the valuation process both internally and externally with clients would be an advantage Please call Tina Pardoe at Project Resource to discuss this role and other Quantity Surveying positions.
