Description As a customer Account Co-Ordinator you will process all customer requirements and cover a range of duties including:
Receiving and dealing with customer enquiries.
Preparation of enquiries and quotations.
Receive, preocess and monitor new sales orders.
Monitor internal order process system.
Issue order acknowledgements.
Arrange shipping of orders and handle all associated paperwork.
Operate to commercial guidelines.
Co-Ordinate with Technical staff and engineers to provide support to customers.
Co-Ordindate and arrange engineers service trips.
Maintain CRM systems.

You will have a high standared of administration and IT skills.
You will be a team player and have excellent organisational skills along and a good communicator. Some overseas travel will be required to meet Key Account Holders and attend Trade Exhibitions.
Knowledge of Marketing and Marketing activities would be a distinct advantage.
