Description		Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - Construction An Intermediate Quantity Surveyor is required to be primarily office based near King's Lynn, working on various construction projects in excess of �10 million. The successful Quantity Surveyor can command a salary in the region of: - Up to �33,000 per annum dependent upon experience - An attractive benefits package depending on experience Our client has been established for nearly 100 years and is a big name within the construction industry. They specialise in; Defense, Education, Health, Specialist work, Airports and Telecoms. Requirements - Our clients are happy to consider candidates with or without a degree at an intermediate level if they have the ability to demonstrate a capability of doing the job. - Construction background - Knowledge and experience in education would be an advantage - JCT contract knowledge They have a healthy client portfolio and due to steady increase of work they have a need for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor.
