Description My client who is a leading high quality interior fit out contractor is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to oversee a high profile hotel fit out project in Battersea, London.

The company are an expanding £40m turnover organisation who have an excellent reputation in the high end interior fit out and refurbishment market. They work in a variety of sectors including hotels, luxury residential, listed buildings and commercial.

The project consists of a £16m fit out to this luxury new build hotel.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will be project based and will have responsibility for all commercial activities on this project, reporting to a Commercial Manager.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following experience and skills:

• Quantity surveying experience working on interior fit out or refurbishment projects.

• Good knowledge of interior fit out packages including Joinery, Drylining, M&E and Ceilings.

• Quantity surveying / construction qualification preferred.

• The ability to negotiate effectively with a high profile client.

• Excellent communication skills at all levels.

• The desire to develop a long term career with an expanding contractor.

The company are offering an excellent salary up to £55k plus car allowance, bonus scheme, private healthcare and pension.
