Production Co-ordinators required to join an established Food production unit. Reporting to the Production Team Leader
you will be responsible for co-ordinating the production process involving people and machinery within a designated area
of the factory.

This will include the line management of line operators whilst actually working on the line. This is a hands on role where
you will participate in line scheduling, people development, quality assurance and comply with all company policies. You
will also have the chance to in both high care and low care production.

We are looking for an people who have production operator experience, ideally in food, although this is not important and
other FMCG experience will be considered.

Applicants must have a mechanical aptitude with both numeracy and literacy skills.

This role is based in North Hampshire which is commutable from Winchester, Eastleigh, Southampton, Petersfield, Alton and Andover.

The hours of work for this role will be a rotating shift of 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm Tuesday to Friday and 6am to 6pm on Mondays. This will include working 1 in 3 Saturdays meaning you will have the Monday off after the weekend has been worked.
