Trade Compliance Manager
£50,000 - £65,000 Depending on Skills & Experience + Excellent Benefits Package

A successful US multinational manufacturing business are looking to add an additional resource to their Global Trade Compliance function.

Ideally, this role will be located in the Coventry facility, although other European sites will be considered.

The role will require you to travel for c. 50% of the time.

If you are looking to combine your Trade Compliance experience with a role that will allow you to travel to and visit locations globally then this role is for you.

This role will take full responsibility for the Global Trade Compliance policies to ensure the organisation meets its obligiations in the area of international trade.

Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Work with site operations, business units and other functional units to address all import and export activities.

• Develop and implement effective import and export compliance processes.

• Act as primary interface with Customs and Regulatory agencies for any potential regulatory issues.

• Provide support in on-going compliance audits.

To be considered for this role you will have extensive Trade Compliance experience coupled with excellent knowledge of ITAR, EAR, OFAC rules and other export regulations. Experience of import/export in US, Mexico and Brazil would be an advantage.

In addition you must be free to commit to the travel commitments that go with the job.
