Engineering Manager or Site Engineering Manager

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced time served, multi-skilled engineering manager to fill a key role with a leading chilled food manufacturer supplying to major retailers. With responsibility for three business units (50 direct reports) the successful applicant will be a major contributor in the site’s progression towards operational excellence within manufacturing and engineering specifically in respect of asset effectiveness and improvement.


Whilst applications are welcome from candidates with a background in FMCG, white goods, automotive or other similar automated manufacturing industries preference will be given to candidates with recent short shelf life chilled food manufacturing experience.
