An opportunity has arisen to join a well established organisation, supplying Electro Mechanical Isolation, protection and distribution equipment, largely supplied into the Industrial and Transport sectors, both UK and Overseas.

The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of 5 years working experience in a senior manufacturing/production management position. Ability to manage and motivate a team of people, building good team work ethics and delivering clear communication and work instruction to an assembly team of 35.

You will have managed a team of a similar size, and hold experience leading an assembly operation, preferably electro - mechanical assembly, producing a broad variation of products to customer specifications, many of the assembly processes are manual, within tight lead times and meeting quality control standards.

This role is a very "hands on" position and requires an energetic, organised individual who is able to problem solve, communicate well, both internally and externally. Experience working with MRP and KPI's is also beneficial. Knowledge of basic Electrical and Mechanical product testing would be advantageous.
