FOOD MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY!!! PREVIOUS FOOD EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL!!!
Main Responsibilities:
·Direct responsibility for factory hygiene, the implementation of company policies/procedures and product quality.
·Ensure all records are maintained and comply with company/customer policies, implement any further checks that may be necessary.
·Departmental self-assessment must be undertaken on a regular basis to ensure that we are proactively meeting our customers needs.
·Monitor plant and personal hygiene standards; ensure hygiene and production teams are aware of vital importance.
·Enforce all policies and procedures as per company hand book.
·Ensure all customer enquiries or complaints are dealt with in a professional manner.
·Monitor the efficiency and accuracy of the groups traceability system, (applicable to your production area) ensuring that accurate records are maintained.
·Liaise with MHS personnel to achieve and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product quality in all areas of the factory using the H.A.S. score system as a benchmark.
·To deal with enquiries made by external bodies such as Trading Standards and Health and Safety Executive ensuring all relevant information is passed to senior management.
·Update all specification files ensuring relevant personnel receive copy of amended documents.
