Position: Production Team Leader / Production Supervisor / Shift Production Manager

Location: Camberley, Farnborough, Windlesham, Bagshot area
Salary: £27,000 - £33,750 per annum including Shift Allowance - 25 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays, Contributory Pension Scheme, BUPA Healthcare, Gym, Staff Canteen, and more!
Hours: Monday to Friday rotating shifts of 6:00am - 2:00pm and 2:00pm - 10:00pm

The Company:
A world wide household name in consumer product manufacturing is seeking a Production Team Leader to meet the growing demand for their products. The company has gone from strength to strength and has invested in multi million pound projects that have developed the site into a world leader. With a workforce of over 250 staff, the site runs 24/5, however during peak times weekend work is available and will be paid as overtime at an enhanced rate. With a range of high-tech machinery delivering 8 production lines, the working environment is clean and modern, production is fast, the team is motivated and friendly and the company is highly successful.

You will work as one of the two Production Team Leaders on shift and report directly to the Production Manager. You will be managing between 25 to 40 Production Staff on shift, however this does change depending on the season.
