Quality Systems Manager

To ensure that quality systems are as efficient and appropriate to the business.
Responsibilities:
To lead and develop the systems team Design, implement, maintain, review and documentation control all Quality Systems and HACCP Maintain site compliance to all areas of Food Safety, Food Quality and legislative requirements.
To coordinate finished product and process specification information, to provide accurate and timely information for internal and external customer requirements.
To maintain the supplier assurance and raw material is up to-date
To use technical knowledge and experience to support the technical department Maintain the technical integrity of the QMS and Technical Library.
Support the cross functional technical support for NPD and new production specifications As a key player, participate an active role when conducting on site customer audits and third technical audits and visits.
Plan, support and organise the QMS and documentation for preparation of audits.
Facilitate a support role in conducting supplier audits with the technical and purchasing team.
To deputise for the QA Manager To adhere to the group Health and Safety policy, following all company policies and procedures that have been put in place to ensure your welfare and that of others.
