An established specialist food manufacturer in Norfolk requires a Raw Materials Technologists / Food Science Graduate for their site in Fakenham.

They produce private label and bespoke products for Britain's largest retailers as well as many famous brands.

Employed as an important part of the New Product Development team the primary function of the role is taking receipt of New Raw Materials / 3rd Party Food components, ensuring the products meet the correct specification information and have full supporting documentation.

You will also coordinate the approval process for new or updated materials and components and maintaining supplier contact as well as providing technical support to other departments when required.

Applicant must be qualified to degree level in Food Technology or Food Science.

You will also need to have an eye for detail and be a good communicator with a personable but persuasive manner for dealing with suppliers and staff internally.
