Production Team Leader

Our Client, a large Manufacturing company are recruiting for a Production Team Leader to deliver the production plan, quality and cost objectives for their section.

It is essential that you have experience of leading, motivating and performance managing a team as well as meeting targets and deadlines with communications skills of a high standard and able to show a good analytical ability.

Technical skills must be of a high standard, understanding health & safety legislation & requirements as well as knowledge of Training with Industry philosophy.

Candidates must have English and Maths GCSE (grades A-C) or equivalent. NVQ in Team Leading is desirable.
