The Company:
A globally recognised company who are currently supplying heavily into the Aerospace industry manufacturing military and commercial products with the aim to increase fuel efficiency. They are a long standing company with plans to continuously evolve, managing employees within to achieve and progress within.

The Role as a Production Manager:
You will need good leadership skills to manage a team of 25-30 people driving LEAN techniques across the Machine Work Shop floor. As a Production Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Production Director who is looking into the future structure to build high performance work teams where you could have the chance to progress into a Directors level position.

You and your skill set as a Production Manager:
*Extensive Problem Solving skills such as Root Cause, 5S, 5WHY & 8D
*Good leadership skills and examples of this
*Experience leading LEAN projects
*Familiar with LEAN techniques including KANBAN, KAIZEN, SIX SIGMA
*People skills
