Development Manager / Product Manager

Our client based in Lincolnshire is looking for a Development Manager / Product Manager for one of their chilled food sites

The role

Develop and agree the development plan for the business
To innovate new products and process for the business
To deliver new products in line with budget requirements
Benchmarking new products and existing products with the business The candidate

Ideally have experience of a chilled food environment
Be a good communicator at all levels
Be able to build good customer relationships internally and externally
Manage critical paths for product launches
