Quality Engineer, Quality Manager (Heavy Engineering)

Part of a global group of companies, our client supplies high integrity components and raw material into a variety of industries including Aerospace & Oil and Gas. Following a period of expansion, they are now looking to strengthen their quality team through the appointment of a number of individuals who will add structure and depth to the department.

Day to day the role will involve solving quality issues within the machining division, using root cause analysis techniques such as six sigma, 8D, 5Y and other tools such as SPC, VSM for example.

The ideal candidate will have a background in precision engineering or alternatively will have experience gained with the steel industry – with experience within either casting, forging, rolling or fabrication.

Due to their expansive nature and ongoing development plan for all employees, this role is an ideal springboard to further progression within the company over time.
