Production Coach

m looking to hire an experienced Production Coach for a leading client of CEA in the North East, this role is to support the production lead. If you have a extensive background from the FMCG sector this may be the role for you.

This is a shift working position reporting directly to the Production Lead.

The successful candidate will be provided with the appropriate level of training required and will be responsible for the following:

Providing leadership and coaching support to operational staff in the Bulk or Pack Supply IPT areas.
Facilitating and supporting their team to achieve key metric performance, including Safety & GMP compliance and efficient rhythm attainment.
Maximizing the potential of all team members and fostering an environment that allows for progressive continuous improvement of skills and results.
Ensuring they and their team follow Safety and GMP compliance systems
Performance management
Labour resource management
Machine asset prioritisation
Liaising with other functions/departments
Metric trend analysis and improvement action planning
Documentation & deviation management
Cost management
Shift specific responsibilities

Candidate requirements
Experience in Team Coaching / Supervising in the manufacturing and pharma industry.
Educated to degree level (or equivalent experience).
Self motivation and excellent interpersonal skills.
Leadership ability
A high level understanding of Compliance
Results driven.
A proven ability to organise, plan, achieve goals, make decisions and prioritise.
A high standard of sustained performance in their current role.

Technical competence.
Good written and verbal communication skills, particularly assessing data, record keeping, producing presentations, reports and SOPs.
