Account Manager / Contract Administrator
An established supplier to the Aerospace, fabrication and petrochemical industries based in Southampton, are due to increased capacity looking to recruit a Contract Administrator to join the team.
A substantial amount of their business is with major international customers, secured under contractual terms. They are looking for a person to join the team responsible for handling these contracts.
The Person
Must have 2 years sales or customer service experience within a similar environment and have a proven ability to successfully build and maintain customer relationships as some direct customer contact is involved.
The role involves:
•The management of stocks
•Interpreting customer requirements from schedules and orders.
•Entering customers orders on the system and progressing to final delivery.
•Some commercial experience is preferable, as the successful candidate will, after training be responsible for quoting for additional items as required.

•Good sense of humor
