Description ACCOUNT MANAGER

Up to £40k Basic + High OTE + Car Allowance + Large Company Benefits.

Due to promotion and expansion our client is looking to recruit an Account manager to cover the Birmingham region. You will be responsible for managing a small number of clients with a view to increasing this portfolio by developing new business across the region both direct and through business partnerships.

Our Client is a Pan-European technology operating lessor with offices across Europe. In excess of 4.5 billion euros of assets on lease and part of a major international banking group.

Qualities required:

Understanding of leasing and asset finance.
Ability to present and negotiate at Board Level.
Understanding of the IT Marketplace and trends.
Ability to work unsupervised.

Your role will include:

• To identify key prospects with annual IT budget in excess of £500,000 + p.a.
• To target senior decision-makers, liaise with F.D’s, Treasury, IT Procurement Mgr’s, and Ops Mgr’s.
• Targets based on aggregate lend and gross margins

Background:

• You will ideally be working for an IT leasing company, Traditional Asset Finance house or similar financial institution.
• Have a minimum of two years successful sales experience at FD/MD level.
• Be ambitious and self motivated.
