Description NEW BUSINESS SALES DEVELOPMENT MANAGER’S –
I.T. Finance & Leasing. £30K - £36K O.T.E. £60K-£62K. £500 Car Allowance,
Pension, Healthcare, Expenses etc.

South of Oxford, Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex, Berkshire & Buckinghamshire.

Due to continued growth and expansion our client (a major subsidiary of a European Bank) are looking to recruit additional New Business Sales Development Manager’s.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for generating new portfolio clients to the group and managing these relationships going forward in the agreed territory.
• Identify key prospects within a specified geographical area with IT procurement spend of £250,000 + p.a.
• Research and qualify all aspects of the identified prospect prior to an approach, to ensure contact is made at the appropriate level, with a full understanding of the prospect’s culture, financial practices and potential IT requirements.
• Target senior decision-makers; liaise with Finance Director, Treasury, IT procurement Management.
• Achieve set targets based on PV (Present Value) and Margin (profit).

Duties:
• Provide analysis of potential to achieve quota and targets through knowledge of purchasing intentions and installed base movements in customer and prospects sites.
• Manage appointments and visits to ensure an adequate level of customer contact
• Maximise all opportunities of account development within the identified client & prospects.

Skills/experience preferred:

• Understand the “structure of a sale”.
• Ability to read and interpret company balance sheet and analyse credit risk
• Prior experience in leasing and asset finance sales.
• Experience and exposure to operating leasing, understanding accounting principals.
• Capable of managing own desk as a business
• Proven success in solution selling, with figures outlining success.
• Demonstrable track record of transactions/relationship management.

You will be very well supported by the internal sales team and the administration team.
