Description		Our client requires a Private Banking Manager to work within one of the most respected and well known names on the high street, which has built a reputation for providing quality products and services to its clients. You will conduct interviews with clients to review and meet their financial needs, ensuring the highest quality of service is provided. You will actively give advice and introduce appropriate bank products and services, referring to other specialists where required. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:- � Highly developed relationship skills � Experience of performing quality presentations to both internal & external business providers � Previous success selling in a regulated environment � Excellent experience in regulated sales � Currently holds Competent Adviser (CAS) Status for a minimum of 12 months prior to making an application � Experience of advising high net worth clients with liquid assets of �100,000 + � Highly knowledgeable about financial services and products in the market place � particularly investment, wealth management and banking � Minimum FPC 1 2 & 3 qualifications or equivalent � Need to have CeMap qualification (or equivalent) within 6-9 months of appointment in order to give mortgage advice � A track record in meeting business targets and influencing bottom line figures � Continued professional development In return the successful candidate will receive:- � Salary between �27,800 - �41,700 (negotiable) � Uncapped bonus scheme � �4,200 car allowance � Business Mileage � 15% Employer funded money purchase pension scheme � 4 X Salary Death in Service benefits � 10% of Basic Salary Profit Share (Guaranteed) � 28 days + 8 bank holidays � Sickness benefits � Preferential Loans � Product discounts etc
