Description		Our client is a well respected High Street Bank, whom is looking for high quality Financial Planning Manager to help meet the demand for their products and services, within their High Net Worth Premium Unit. Branch based you will be working within the Premium Relationship Managers Unit and provided with access to an extensive high net worth client base of individuals whom benefit from a relationship managed service. As clients have an existing connection with the bank, your guidance is welcomed and trusted. You will be expected to further relationships across a broad range of age and social groups, building on the banks reputation for high quality service and financial planning. Your brief is simply to deliver personal financial planning advice, often on complex matters in a clear and jargon free manner. Whilst a large majority of the appointments will be made on your behalf by your Premium Relationship Managers, a pro-active nature that makes things happen is key attribute for this role. The successful candidate will need the following skill sets:- � Previous regulated face to face sales experience � Recent CAS status (minimum of 6 months within last 24 months) � Computer Literate � �Can Do� attitude � Strong Personal Presence � FPC 1 2 & 3 or equivalent In return our client offers:- � Salary between �20,800 - �39,600 (negotiable dependant on previous experience) � Uncapped bonus scheme � �3,700 car allowance � Business Mileage � 15% Employer funded money purchase pension scheme � 4 X Salary Death in Service benefits � 10% of Basic Salary Profit Share (Guaranteed) � 28 days + 8 bank holidays � Sickness benefits � Preferential Loans � Product discounts etc
