Description Our client, one of the leading Financial Institutions worldwide offers excellent progression opportunities, and is currently seeking Financial Planning Managers to work in various locations throughout the UK.

The Role/Objective:

To support the Retail Branch Manager by providing a full financial planning service to both new and existing customers. Identifying customer needs and where appropriate selling products and services to meet those needs with particular emphasis on mortgage protection and general insurance products.

The successful candidate:

With full CeFA/FPC qualifications, you will require FSA Registration / Regulatory clearance before commencing the role and have competent advisor status. Experienced in financial planning, you will be a first class communicator, results focussed and self motivated.

The Role:

1. Meet new and existing customers, identify needs for financial services and products, offer ‘best advice’ and where appropriate make referrals or sell products to meet the customer’s needs.
2. Provide full financial planning and advice. Expertise on sales planning, contact activity and fulfilment process.
3. Provide effective support, quality feedback and coaching to less experienced staff.
4. Promote alternative channels of delivery where appropriate.
5. Comply with procedures and meet / exceed national performance, activity and quality standards.
