Description		Position: Telemarketing Manager Location: Wilmslow Salary: �25,000-�30,000 Core role Develop telesales process for warm leads Recruit and manage the telesales department Assisting with establishing Property and PI pricing/quoting - to be discussed and decided Establish and run a customer care unit for property (and potentially PI) to be discussed and decided Assist in the client sign up process Run the sign up process - integrate with rest of office, recruit and run agents - to be discussed and decided Deliver "signed up" clients Direct Marketing Generating business from existing and former clients..... By using eshot, phone and conventional mail (and any other) sales techniques Establishing and managing database for same Acquiring warm and cold leads/lists and marketing direct to them Web Marketing Develop/manage a web marketing campaign (probably run by others) - to be discussed and decided Optimise for pay per click claim generation optimise for natural search claim generation Endeavour to drive down costs per enquiry/lead Diversification To get involved in genuine diversification opportunities Enable cross selling in areas like HIPS Exploit other opportunities
