The Role The main aim of this role is to not only manage over 300 existing accounts but to cross sell and up sell to these clients. This demands that the successful candidate will have experience in a similar B2B sales position so they have the eye to maximize all selling opportunities whilst also managing the needs of the existing clients. The Responsibilities �Candidates are required to manage a portfolio of existing accounts to retain business �Equally as important is to cross and up sell to these clients to maximize generation of revenue to the business �This will entail nurturing the existing accounts and identify the opportunities to improve productivity in these areas �Work closely with the field sales team to ensure that the company's key objectives are delivered �Work smart to ensure that all KPI'S are delivered �Ensure all targets are met and at times exceeded to maximize the earning potential of the team and yourself �Selling the best package to suit the needs of the individual client �Display a sound working knowledge of the company's core products �Always conduct yourself professionally to portray the image the company Person Specification �Proven sales track record �Previous experience in an Account Management/Telesales role is essential �Conversant with KPI'S and targets �Confident and enthusiastic �Ability to ask the right questions to identify selling opportunities �A rapport builder with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
