Description		ROLE: Kitchen Sales Designer SALARY: �15k basic OTE �30k uncapped HOURS: 9-5.30 5 days per week to include Saturdays We are looking for experienced sales consultants who are hungry for their next challenge and want to be selling a product that requires more than filling out an order form. The business that we have been asked to represent has been established for almost 30years with several retail branches in the South. Their business offers a range of home designs such as kitchens and bedrooms to which is of cutting edge and contemporary and have become widely recognised as expert within their field. This position will appeal to two types of applicant. The first will be the person with retail kitchen sales experience who is looking for a basic wage that�s gives the opportunity to earn uncapped commission and bonuses, and would like to carve out a long term professional career. Already confident of your own ability, you are looking for a smart and professional business environment where you can really build a local niche and quote bank, generating long term business through recommendations and referrals backed up by a national advertising campaign. The background of the second type of applicant will be someone who is fantastic at selling with at least a couple of years under their belt selling a consumer driven product within a retail based environment. Who may feel limited by the long term potential of the role you will feel that your sales ability is not being stretched to its full potential. As part of the role you will be offering a full design service for which the company uses Computer Aided Design all of which if required you will be trained on. At this stage all that is needed is a good level of computer literacy but you doing need to be a programmer, just know how to use basic email/windows driven packages like Excel and Word. Important to this role is passion, enthusiasm and desire. You will need to inspire clients and through your strong communication skills quickly build the working relationship showing a true understanding of their needs and ultimately secure the sale. Once again you will be backed up by a fantastic product range and the option of offering additional services such as full installation all of which will gain you extra commission.
