£24,000 Guaranteed 1st years earnings, but you will earn much more with an average consultant earning £40k and a great one £50k as a Sales Assistant

The earning potential is massive, you will earn what you deserve, based on your attitude, motivation, personal genuine approach, ability to offer excellent customer service at all times, build rapport, sell and close a deal..
You must be happy with spending 100% of your time focused on the customer selling a quality product, with full accountability for the store standards and delivering the company customer service levels. A positive, outgoing, self motivated personality with great rapport building and communication skills.
You must be able to sell and close a deal whilst focusing on ensuring the customer is purchasing the perfect product for their needs. Making sure they receive the full customer experience. You also need to be very self motivated.
You must have experience within one to one selling, with a proven track record of working within a sales driven environment, exceeding targets and delivering results.
This role is focused on for a Sales Assistant
• Selling an aspirational / lifestyle product
• Going the extra mile so the customer has a great experience in store, gets their perfect product and becomes a customer for life
• Building rapport with Customers through a genuine, natural approach
• Identifying their needs
• Providing them with suitable products to satisfy these
• Up-selling
• Closing the sale
• This role involves working every weekend with 2 days off in the week
