Description		A leading organisation within the clinical diagnostics market is looking to hire an Area Manager to cover the South West UK territory. The purpose of the Area Manager is to achieve sales growth within the designated Product Areas by focusing sales effort into Key Accounts, and to support new and current Customers in order to protect and maximise existing business and profit. The Product Areas covered by the Area Manager will include Human Normal Immunoglobulin, Coagulation Factors, Hepatitis B Immunoglobulin. It is therefore essential that you have proven sales experience in clinical diagnostics / experience as Hospital Sales Specialist, backed up with a degree in Pharmacy or equivalent. Previous experience with Blood / Plasma Derived Product would be desirable. The Area Manager will cover the South West, which includes South Wales and the South West, West Midlands and Wessex. Therefore you will ideally be located in the Gloucester, Swindon, Bristol, Oxford area. This is a Field Bases role, but 2-3 days per month will be spent at the company's offices. The Basic Salary offered for the Area Manager will be �38-48K (depending on experience, negotiable) + bonus + company car + BUPA + contributory pension + holiday 25days, rising to 30.
