Description		A leading global Healthcare organisation is looking for a Hospital Sales Specialist for Maternal Infant Care. Job Description: The Hospital Sales Specialist - will be responsible for the sales of Maternal Infant Care products into areas such as Neonatal ICU, Labour and Delivery Suites, Post-Natal units, Antenatal units, Paediatric ICU etc (Products include the Giraffe product range of incubators and warmers, Panda resus platforms, Brainz EEG, phototherapy units, Medin CPAP, Corometrics foetal/maternal monitors) It will be the responsibility of the Hospital Sales Specialist to increase market share by calling on all Hospitals in the region to promote the company's products and sell maternal infant care solutions. You will communicate special programs, present new and existing products, maintain customer-installed base through after-sales support. Daily activities of the Hospital sales Specialist will include: - Handle and resolve problems and complaints, take ownership of any account issues - Prepare PowerPoint presentations for customer presentations. - Prepare written quotations, letters and reports - Negotiate delivery, availability, warranty and price discounts effectively. - Follow up on orders and help maintain account receivables - Continually learn and improve on product knowledge and acquire better selling skills - Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, products and the market for Maternal Infant Care products. - Strong ability to work with others and different divisions to achieve company objectives (vital). An ability to cross-sell and lead-generate for other modalities is very important so that a total solution is offered. - Administration and weekly accurate forecasting sales to line manager via opportunity management tool. - Provide In-Service training when required. To successfully apply for the position as Hospital Sales Specialist you will have: - Strong desire to achieve (exceed) and hit objectives - A strong understanding of the neonatal and maternal environment - this is essential! - Working knowledge of Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint) - Negotiation skills - Time management skills - Efficiency in team working to maximise success - Good communication skills - Clean driving licence The Hospital Sales Specialist will cover the south Coast of the UK, so it is essential that you live on patch.
