Description		CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGER � PERSONAL FINANCE (LOANS) Our client, a member of one of the UK�s biggest banks, has an excellent opportunity for a target-driven Customer Account Manager to join their Personal Finance division. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Achieving and exceeding personal sales targets you will maximise the sale of loan products and services to new and existing customers, provide an exceptional customer service experience and build long-term customer relationships. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: � Managing all aspects of the loans process from handling incoming enquiries, completing credit investigations to underwriting and assessing loan applications � Managing overdue accounts with the aim of agreeing satisfactory repayment plans or bringing accounts up to date � Handling settlement requests and converting loan pay off situations to new business � Selling payment protection and additional insurance products � Ensuring all documentation complies with company and legal requirements EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: You will be a confident, target-driven and experienced sales individual with a proven track record of developing business opportunities. An excellent relationship builder both over the telephone and face-to-face, you will possess first class communication, persuasion and sales skills, and have the ability to close a deal when the opportunity arises. Experience of working with loans and other associated products is advantageous, though not essential. Good IT skills and a customer-focused approach required!
