£16,564 - £19,110 + Realistic OTE £25,000

Due to continued growth we are investing heavily in our management structure.
The Field Business Development Manager, Finance Sales Manager role will be a varied and exciting role. You will be responsible for:
Identify training and development needs by planning, monitoring and discussing performance with your team of Self Employed Agents.
Managing a team who provide finance to customers in their own homes, you will responsible for leading, motivating and coaching in the achievement of business objectives
The position will involve visiting customers in their own homes.
Field Business Development Manager, Finance Sales Manager Required Skills:
You are motivated, ambitious and able to build excellent relationships with your team and our customers
Demonstrate a desire to succeed with drive and enthusiasm
You enjoy the variety and flexibility of a role that is not the traditional 9-5 working
You have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work use
No minimum educational qualifications required
