B2B Sales Executive Preston £15k + OTE £50k REALISTIC YEAR ONE!!!

Our client a market-leading supplier are currently seeking “the best” vibrant dynamic, high achieving sales executives. You will be Working as a B2B specialist generating sales, closing the deals, along with successful retention of client, reactivation of dormant accounts along with effectively managing key account

· Distributing supporting sales and marketing material
· Managing accounts and developing long term relationships with key clients via meetings telephone calls and emails
· Researching new opportunities and prospects
· Visiting potential customers at their offices to promote the business
· Play a pivotal role in every step of the sales process from making the initial contact to closing the sale
· Acting as an advocate for the team with upper management
· Facilitate decision making and discussions with team
· Facilitate open, honest communication
· Achieving set management targets and objectives
· Increased the level of Autonomy business
· Developed and maintained key customer base
· Consistently achieving or exceeding monthly targets
· Liaising with senior management to make sure targets were accomplished
· Ensuring senior management directives are implemented
· Targeted monthly
· Retention of customer’s and managing of current clients
· Proactively locate decision makers and qualify opportunities
· Arrange meetings to meet the decision maker with a view to closing a deal
· Managing the sales process internally through its various stages
· Developing and maintaining the customer base
· Constantly smashing monthly targets

Education / Qualification / Skills

3 Years + Sales Experience
Good standard of Education
Self Motivated
Naturally Enthusiastic, strong communication/negotiation/relationship building skills
“a smart go-getter”
Enjoys winning new business

Salary & Package

Basic Salary £14,500 - £15,000 (Pay review after 60 days service)
Uncapped On Target Earnings £50,000 Year One
28 Days Holiday (including statutory holidays
