Sales Executive required for immediate start

About my client
A very successful financial business who are based within Hampshire but offer services to clients across the UK. My client are a leading specialist within the sub- prime industry offering customers who are suffering terrible money troubles the opportunity to borrow money and prevent them facing further financial difficulties or repossession of properties in some cases

Due to the ever changing economy they are facing a very busy period and are looking to expand their very successful sales team in their newly refurbished offices.
We are currently looking for very driven individuals who are keen to earn a good salary and enjoy a challenging yet rewarding position

Hours of work: 11.30 – 8 Monday to Thursday, 9 – 5 Friday NO Weekends

Salary: £7.79 per hour :15,000 basic plus commission OTE on the 15k is between 19k and 22k. Commission is uncapped.

Positions: permanent – 12 weeks as a temporary candidate on the 14th week onto the client’s books as a permanent employee

Duties will include:
•Making outbound calls to potential customers at home using a dialler
•Speaking to customers who are facing financial issues and explaining to them that you have a service which can help them through this period.
•Responsible for overcoming objections and explaining that you can benefit the customer ,generating an interest in the services available and arranging an appointment for a financial advisor to call them back and close the sale
•Dealing with an occasional incoming all - very occasional
•General administration to support your sales

Skills Required:
•Working in a targeted environment you will need to work well under pressure but also enjoy the challenge of hitting those targets and the satisfaction of exceeding them
•Previous experience within a sales role or environment
•A natural seller – someone who has handles rejection , hit targets/goals at some point personal or work related
•An enthusiastic individual who wants to do well and earn money
•A professional telephone manner and attention to detail
•The perfect candidate for this role will be keen to learn and fast to pick up new and challenging ways of working in a team but also as an individual
