Description My client is looking to recruit an exceptional Regional Sales Manager who will be based in Preston but who will operate across the North of England. The successful applicant will seek out new business selling company products and services.

It is essential that candidates have an electrical qualification and previous sales experience with the ability to demonstrate to councils, hospitals, electrical contractors, consultants and the gas industry when selling. You will need to be pro-active as you will be required to identify potential customers and generate your own sales leads. The successful applicant will work in collaboration with the existing sales team and will need a methodical approach to the planning and execution of their sales strategy. It is important that you understand the client’s needs, interpreting the specification and then delivering a competitive and technically suitable quote, this then closely monitored throughout the sales process to ensure an order.

For this position all applicants will need a clean driving licence and be computer literate with general knowledge of the Microsoft Office packages. Excellent communication skills are essential as is common sense, integrity and the drive to succeed. All applicants will need to be a team player able to multitask and work with minimal supervision.


This is a full time role Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with a company car and a salary range of 25k to 30k pa.
