Description		We are one of the Midlands largest independent debt recovery companies and pride ourselves on our ethics values and methodology.Due to continued expansion and growth in sector markets we are now seeking to extend our debt recovery teams The ideal candidate will be self motivated experienced in either telesales,debt recovery or collections and have excellent negotiation and influencing skills The purpose of the role is to pro actively engage customers who have either short term or medium term/long term debt and to gain payments over the phone or to set up direct payment plans to ensure debts are fully recovered. As a company we pride ourselves on our business and professionalism and therefore applicants must be able to demonstrate tenacity and diplomacy in similar role
