The ideal candidate will be self motivated experienced in either telesales,debt recovery or collections and have excellent negotiation and influencing skills
The purpose of the role is to pro actively engage customers who have either short term or medium term/long term debt and to gain payments over the phone or to set up direct payment plans to ensure debts are fully recovered.
