Brief job description: My nationally known client offers a range of high quality foods from Game, Venison and Poultry to Certified Aberdeen Angus beef and serves customers comprehensively across the UK and exports to Europe, the US and Far East.

They now seek an experienced and successful sales professional capable of developing existing business but capable of opening new markets and accounts throughout the Central belt of Scotland.

The ideal candidate will come from a foodservice / catering industry background with a wide knowledge of food in general.
Knowledge of the meat industry would be helpful though not essential however experience in selling into contract caterers, hotels, restaurants, nursing homes, canteens, leisure industry etc is mandatory
